I’ve contacted support and to be honest they where very good, taking over the PC for a few hours but still it wouldn’t work. I’ve tried this on two different PCs, both reasonable specs i7/16gb/Nvidia etc. But if it does come back various clips further down the timeline disappear. Trim the end of the clip and it may or may not bring back the adjacent clip.
Random clips further down the timeline will go blank. Possibly the clip to the right will go blank. Put a transition between them and random things happen. I’ve had a few problems with the other versions but nothing like the problems with this version. I’ve been with Pinnacle Studio since version 8.
